Host-1-Stop Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for visiting We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform our customers who use the Host-1-Stop website service (“Users”) about the information we collect and how and why we use that information.

2. Registration and Account Information

Each User is required to provide their email address and phone number. We require this information so that we contact Users to resolve billing matters and updates.

3. Domain Name Registration

Domain name registration information legally has to be available to the public. Since domain name registration information is available to the public, anyone can access it through “WHOIS” searches. The WHOIS database is a publicly accessible database that lists the domain name and contact information of each registrant. The domain name registration you provide is hosted by us to the public. At times, our Users may receive solicitations that result from searches of the publicly available WHOIS database conducted by other companies or individuals. However, the solicitation and/or spam they receive does not in any way come from Host-1-Stop.

4. Host-1-Stop Partners and Sponsors

Some products and services are offered to Users in conjunction with a partner (e.g., domain name registration). To provide Users with some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, we will provide such data collected to our partners.

5. Responses to Email Inquiries

When anyone sends email inquiries to Host-1-Stop, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Host-1-Stop does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

6. How We Use Cookies

When you visit, we may send one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We only use session cookies. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

7. Our Commitment to Security

We believe we have in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online.

8. Revisions to This Policy

Host-1-Stop reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Terms of Service.
